AGES 8-10
JUNIOR ATHLETES
For this age group, the focus is on developing foundational skills and fostering a love for soccer. At this stage, the objective is to enhance basic soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting through fun and engaging drills. Emphasis is placed on coordination, balance, and general athleticism. Additionally, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude towards playing are promoted to ensure a well-rounded experience.
AGES 11-13
FUTURE VARSITY
For ages 11-13, the training becomes more structured, building on the technical skills acquired in the earlier years. The objective is to refine soccer techniques through more complex drills while also introducing structured strength and conditioning exercises to improve overall fitness. Tactical understanding and game awareness are developed during this phase, helping young athletes gain a deeper comprehension of the sport.


AGES 14-18
VARSITY
Master advanced soccer skills and strategies while integrating physical, technical, mental, and experiential aspects of training to unlock your full athletic potential. Training focuses on optimizing peak performance, building endurance and mental resilience, excelling in high-level competition, and demonstrating strategic gameplay.
