SCHEDULING A SINGLE SESSION

Select Your Session: Choose the type of training session you’d like to book from the available options.

Pick a Date and Time: Select a convenient date and time for your session. Our calendar shows real-time availability.

Provide Your Details: Fill in your contact information and any additional details we might need to know.

Make Payment: Complete the payment process to confirm your booking. Payment is required before the session can be scheduled.

Confirm Your Booking: Review your booking details and click “Confirm” to finalize your appointment.

SCHEDULING A PACKAGE

Select Your Package: Choose the package you’d like to book (e.g., 4,8, or 12 sessions).

Enter Your Package Code: You will receive a package code after purchasing the package. Enter this code when prompted to unlock the scheduling for your package.

Select Your Session: Choose the type of training session described within your package. (Note: Code Applied)

Pick Dates and Times: Select convenient dates and times for each session included in your package. Our calendar shows real-time availability for each session.

Provide Your Details: Fill in your contact information and any additional details we might need to know.

Confirm Your Booking: Review your booking details and click “Confirm” to finalize your appointments.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION​
WHAT TO BRING:
Come dressed in comfortable athletic wear, including soccer cleats and shin guards, and don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

SESSION POLICY:
​GPA is hoping to welcome semester-carry-over voucher options in the future. However, for the time being, all package sessions must be used within their intended semester.

Whether an athlete purchases a single, 4, 8, or 12 session package, or multiple consecutive packages within the summer semester, we hope that amongst the 86 timeslots across 10 weeks, each athlete will have options to fit their off-season schedule.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow ample time to prepare.

WEATHER POLICY:
Sessions will proceed as scheduled in most weather conditions. However, in cases of severe weather, such as thunderstorms, heavy rain, or extreme heat, sessions may be canceled, rescheduled, or relocated to an indoor facility. When available, Old School Sports in Seymour may serve as an alternate training location. Updates will be communicated via email or text at least two hours before the session start time. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding. Please stay tuned for weather-related announcements.

PARENT/GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT:
At GOALS Performance Academy, we aim to create an environment where young athletes feel fully focused and comfortable during training sessions. While parents and guardians are welcome to observe, we kindly encourage them to consider stepping away during sessions to help minimize distractions and ensure that players perform at their best. This approach supports each child’s confidence and independence as they engage with the game. Thank you for your understanding and support.

SAFETY MEASURES:
The safety and well-being of all players is a top priority at GOALS Performance Academy. A first aid kit will be available at all sessions to address minor injuries. In the event of an injury or emergency, the player's parent or guardian will be contacted immediately. GPA is committed to ensuring a safe training environment and will act quickly to secure any necessary assistance.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All sessions can be conveniently scheduled and paid for through Acuity. Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Acuity accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

FIELD ETIQUETTE:
We are grateful to Community Free Church for generously providing the field space and the partnership of MSSC. To show our appreciation and ensure a positive experience for all, we kindly ask players and families to adhere to the following guidelines:
Treat the field and facilities with care, keeping the area clean and free of litter.
Respect all equipment, including agility ladders, rebounders, small hurdles, and other training tools, by using them responsibly and only for their intended purposes.
Follow instructions provided during sessions to ensure the safety and proper use of equipment.
Help us maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.
